I wonder what will separate AXIS from these types of negotiations with NOC or anyone else for that matter to do business with them after this VNX mess. This is getting played out ugly for shareholders of VNX and from a $10 bid from the Chinese to this point and just waiting is not the best front Libya could put on. I would think they want this to end with them looking good and not in the wrong either. Either way a resolution is nice to see and hear, hopefully.
