Very good points Stox. 99 percent of otc companies would take the easy reverse split. SPNG though is a different animal. Once it was threatened by the evil forces it decided to suck the forces in. The Authorized changes up and down are just classic moves here. If more OTC companies had there own funding, they could play a game on the short forces also...
