Look1 / Pete .. that MAY be their legal strategy for Infringement prosecution, but I hope it's not; I'd prefer it be more technology specific than that.

I especially liked this statement from Mr Dunn .. "I am excited to help the Technipower team introduce the Instant Solar(TM) product line. The Instant Solar(TM) development has been rewarding, and it's just the beginning of Solomon Technologies' alternative energy business".

I wonder how he knows "it's just the beginning" ? ;) hee hee

I further assume that in his former capacity as the Director of NASA's Northeast Regional Transfer Technology Center, Mr Dunn is quite familiar with our Electric Wheel technology Patents.

DON'T FORGET... "NASA approached Solomon Technologies first to offer help after learning about the Electric Wheel through a patent search." "In return for the rights to use the patented technology in the rover and other space vehicles, NASA set up an Electric Wheel Working Group with engineers from universities, government research centers and private industry. With the Working Group's help, Solomon Technologies has been able to test and refine the system and establish cost-effective manufacturing procedures."

WELL, WELL, WELL, Would you lookie here ... "The list of applications for this technology is mind-boggling," said James Dunn, Executive Director of NASA's Center for Technology Commercialization. "The Electric Wheel," he told a 1995 NASA Technology Transfer Conference "is destined to be the propulsion system for the next millennium."

My guess is that Mr Dunn is now formally engaged by SOLM as a Technical Advisor, or Business Development Consultant.

Here is a primer on Mr Dunn... http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:James_Dunn

It's all good so far my friends.
