Interesting that they traded above the ASK and I know there is no dilution (yet), because even with the 504 filing, no one has gotten shares that can be sold yet, so maybe some dilution will happen to fund short term operations, but IMO it was not happening today. I do agree there is a seller, but the shares are not coming from the company at this time, of that I am certain. I encourage you to prove me wrong though if you are able. Thanks for your input to the board, it is appreciated.
