The thing you forget to mention though it that was only for a certain lot of product with a value of only a few hundred thousand bucks based on EESO's claim. It is not for all EESO product. Plenty of product has gone out to Wowgreen folks with no problem.

WOW! That is something! Looks like Jared wanted out of that WOW contract and didn't care after that what they (EESO) did. Breach of contract means the contract is void and EESO will have to pay damages - but all in all I believe that is what Jared really wanted. EESO is finally free of WOWGreen? All you have listed was most likely planned and the outcome thereby expected and willfully welcomed by Jared and EESO. So then the court will rule. And EESO can move on!?
