I've been accumulating BAC Sept. 15 puts. Every time the stock is way up I grab a little more. Might start looking at Oct. 12 puts pretty soon. There's talk of reinstating mark to market rules. If that happens (and it just might pretty soon) bank stocks should go into freefall.
