So, is the general theory this?

"Mr Big", whoever he is, is waiting for the restricted shares to be dumped at next to nothing by disgusted and ripped-off SNV shareholders, and will scoop them up before making any kind of a play with this shell?

we can look forward to trip zeros, i guess when the restricted shares hit, and then some kind of pump eventually to follow, but we'll never see 3 cents again in this or any other incarnation.

Is that about right?
