Good call momentum trader, I'm holding the judge's stamped order, dated Oct 17,2002. The proceedings began at 4;07 p.m., The defendants filed a motion to vacate the SEC motion and the judge granted the defendants motion at 4;15 p.m. It was vacated in 8 minutes.
