I have previously stated my reasons for believing that the stock would be fairly valued at about 10 cents based solely on the LC. Did you not read that prior post or did you not understand my rationale?

the gps never came, it was not even close to a hit probably. China water project ran the price up. If China would of happened no telling where we would be today.
