I guess what I am saying is that I find it very interesting that the market did not believe it. However we saw a brief (very brief) price explosion on PGYC and we all knew that was a scam from the get go. Sounds to me like Allie and Zimmerman could have some serious leverage on Jared if he does not see things their way. ;-)
I believe Zimmerman wouldn't risk his reputation getting involved in a penny scam when he is already loaded and would have so much to lose. I also believe Allie would not drag his friend into it also. Don't get me wrong I am not a fan of Mallad, but I do not think he would drag Zim into a scam.
I wouldn't rule out the idea that the SEC might be poking around. If this was a scam it more complex than the usual penny scam. The SEC would have to move a little slower on this one gathering info. On the other hand they completely ignored Madoff so maybe they don't care at all lol.
I am willing to bet the EESO / Wow Green relationship is coming to an end if it hasn't already.
