His own dime? Funny you mention "dime" given the current PPS.... DR's record on lawsutis isn't too crash hot....what's he owe Gordon Allison these days?

Look, running down the lawsuit in and of itself isn't what's so objectionable here. Plenty of companies have suits pending, and they handle those suits as they move ahead with their business. Their operations don't just disappear because they have legal proceedings.

Linking back to a few posts, we're now looking at October for an amended motion to be filed. How much longer until a final verdict is reached?

DR has guaranteed that CTGI is, at best, dead money until he deems fit to communicate with the investment public. We're looking at well over a year of silence. How can you expect any sane investor to back that?

Hmmm...I wonder if there's any co-relation between this Byrnes and the one hangin' around here? Of which is now gaining support from afew others who continualy downtrod the CEO, LTC, the company's future, etc.?

All makes perfect sense to me, when ya want the technology, but can't steal it. Old saying is, "if ya can't beat 'em, bash 'em to buy cheap shares!" LOL
