That was not even a good implication...basically he says if you call the department anyone that answers the phone will tell you "we do not comment"

From that he deduced that there can be no comment because he did not hear the words spoken "there is no investigation"


He could do us all a favor and tell us who he spoke to and we could all give the dept a call to see what in tarnations he's smoking...
