They made sure to update their shareholders as early as possible...will become a non-issue by weeks end. Then focus should shift back to revenue growth and deals they announce imho....

- Could it have something to do with the departure of Seymour and Longenecker at the end of June 2009?

- Could it have something to do with options/warrents, etc. being awarded or exercised?

- Could it have something to do with the biotech technology left over from FVRL?

- Could it have to do with some sort of partnership or deal which is/was in the works?

I guess we will have to wait and see, but to get this PR is definently a positive in regards to shareholder loyalty.

I think that is VERY impressive, and on a sunday nonetheless!

The guy has class, although he may be rich and sucessful i think he gets that the litle guys need love too!
