......A Canadian grant in the amount of $12.5 million was also successfully obtained under his negotiating management.

In Africa and in the Middle East, he negotiated and signed services contracts for a total amount of $15 million in 1998, $18 million in 1999 and of $22 million in 2000.

In Syria, he negotiated, coordinated and submitted an offer for an EPC SCADA Centre project of $60 million.
