There are no solid financials to speak of yet, all promise at present. However, WFSV has alluded to their financial expectations in their most recent filing, namely that over the next 2 years management believes it can earn hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and then become a billion dollar company in the future.
If these financials were definitively proven at this stage, WFSV would probably not be a PK for much longer and its PPS certainly would not be just over 1 cent.
I like how Rich stepped in with an email to docker regarding bashers and relayed info which seemed to answer the A/S query. I now vaguely recall seeing something a couple of months ago about restricted non-trading shares so all seems good IMO. The A/S actually does not worry me since we already know WFSV has already expanded. The focus now is on money and contracts and IMO we are about to get them.
WFSV is IMO very close to putting out that PR we've all been waiting for. Negotiations with a govt affiliated company like WFSV normally has a 60-75 day burn before coming to fruition IMO. This would mean we are currently in the zone.
About the bashers. IMO bashers only turn up to bash the promising stocks. Think about it peops. There's no need to bash poor stocks who are say in a constant downtrend because there's nothing in it for them - such a company is doing badly enough all on their own thank you very much! The bashers' motives are clear. They want you to sell driving the PPS lower so they pick up your shares cheaply and make your profit for themselves. They inject fear to feed their greed when all they really have to do is buy at the ask! Look at the timing of their posts. Do you think it coincidental that they begin posting when many are saying a breakout is coming? Ulterior motive, perhaps? Notice how quiet they became when posters pointed out not many people like to p off the Fed.
This does not mean though that bashers are not intelligent and fail to make good points. They're real smart but equally as conniving. They sit there for hours working out how best to play their angle and they'll unearth some credible and more often than not factual negative data but what they WON'T tell you is those weak areas seem set to be blasted away with big revenue to be announced at any moment. The time to tell us about the iffy stuff was BEFORE the series of positive PRs, not after.
All of that said, WFSV do need to show us some money soon.
