LoL... there were sooooo many vague expenses in each filing, it's not likely to stop any time soon.

And because these shysters have such a money making game going, with such die-hard fan's to help them make money off their backs, I seriously doubt they'll do anything to jeopardize this.

They will likely just continue doing what they're doing, for as long as they feel they can get away with it. Putting out endless PR's to help fuel the buying, which assists in their selling, with the Big Break just around the corner.

This will go on until something happens to force the issue, whether it be the SEC or disgruntled investors.

phrantic, the co. has hired an auditor with an an impeccable reputation that does forensic work for the Gov't. SPNG is trying to get uplisted at a time when the SEC is getting bombarded with complaints from BOTH sides of the aisle. They are watching. And you believe the company is going to play games with their first audited filing? No chance of that happenning. ZERO.

I strongly suspect the NOBO/NSS situation will be addressed sooner rather than later.
