PRmaniac, I agree. The SEC will want to see an attendance list and verify attendees. There were no actual shareholders in attendance, only PM and I suspect VP Danny Coleman. No one knew about the meeting change, it was not held in the Hilton hotel (as he announced it would) and the meeting was also held before the scheduled time of 11:00AM Pacific Time.

THIS PR WAS POSTED AT 10:49 AM EASTERN TIME! THAT'S 07:49 AM PACIFIC TIME! The meeting was not scheduled to start until 11:00AM Pacific time, which means PM held the meeting well over 3 hours prior to when it was originally scheduled!

PM is a shady crook IMO and continues to fleece investors with misleading tactics. The only way to cure this crook is to see that he is punished via the courts. Until a prison door slams behind him no one is same from his scams. IMO he is a classic Bernie Madoff on a much smaller scale. There isn't ever a time you can believe him. Every conversation is full of lies and every PR is misleading.



PS I previously advised anyone attending not to stand too close to PM at the meeting and to wear pants with zippered pockets. I suspect when he realized he wasn't going to be able to reach into anyone's pocket (as a result) he decided to pull this misleading reschedule stunt.
