Smokey usually true just not with SPNG. Not when a long since before March 08. When invested like that you do get info message bds don't have. Really helps when last year you call and ask what long term business plans are. Then see over the last year a lot of those plans happening. Then verified with filed results as well. If I am going to hold a penny stock long which is rare for results I learn what plans are. We are lucky this management in PR's tells us ahead of time what plans are and have for over a year.
They told us in 08 how eventually shares be retired and plan was to get under 200 million.
They told us in 08 when company became self funding they retire shares.
They told us what projections for 09 results where and beat them.
They told us move to Nasdaq is planned.
Some longs actually do know the plans. Doesn't make them happen any faster then it takes but we know what is coming.
