Well, as I am having back surgery on the 31st it seems as though I will miss out on the watching of the activity whether it comes out Friday or that Monday.

I would love for it to come out on the 28th so that I may at least see the effect.

It makes sense that it would come out on the 28th as that is within the 90 day filing time frame.

Just bring it I say!

I am starting to agree with you. I will no longer be surprised if the pps continues to drift a bit this week.

I am starting to think things won't get rolling until the release of the 10K, maybe on the 31st.

Then, I like stox's idea of an investor update with an 8K, but after the 10K. The stock buy-back program ends around Sept. 5. That would be a good time to let everyone know the buy-back is complete, and what is the current OS and AS.

I think the time period between the release of the 10K, and the release of the next 10Q mid-October is going to be a power time. We know the current quarter has been huge, the Dicon acquisition was completed in this quarter. The buy-back more-or-less ends (Sept.5) this quarter. Certainly the volume has dried up, relatively-speaking.

There could indeed be some unexpected surprise powerful PRs, but I am wondering if they will hold on all that until after the 10K.

They may release news this coming week, but not the powerful sustained upside type news.
