i dont know where you get your info, but your conjecture about a fake buyout is completely WRONG! show me some proof your right besides your word on the matter.
in addition to the financials, there's way toooo many ways to verify them, why dont you use them, the recite them in here. they pay taxes and have to report accurate income. this is public information and if you dig in the right places, you'll find they are accurate.
lastly, about your comment on their pr's....and all the other misleading stuff. if your comment is true (and its not), why aren't you on the doorstep of the sec? safe harbor doesn't cover pinks stocks...you'd have cause for an sec investigation, suspension for about 10 days...and pulled altogether from publically trading.
but when i read into all this, i see nothing but air (hot air) with NOTHING to back it up.
