Re:<"Now that they have announced the status of Colorado, I guess they took the wind out of your sails on that issue.">

I would be careful in throwing that out there. In the press release, Magnum announced they were in the "final stages of closing" of the landfill. They have been in the final, definitive, conclusive, confirmed stages of various evolutions in the past and somehow everything still ends with a giant question mark above the heads of investors. Even the $15 million loan was announced as being closed and would be disbursed after government stress tests. What happened to that?

Maybe if they announced the "final, final, final" stage of closing--but I don't think a single "final" adjective has the same meaning to Magnum as it does to the populace at large.

Re:<"Oh by the way, no one bad mouths a bad stock...">

I think the alternative hypothesis rings more true--nobody needs to promote a stock which is fundamentally doing well. Eventually everyone sees how well good companies execute and nobody has to promote good companies' stocks to convince others of the value.

Can I ask why you think Magnum is a gold mine? We don't even know exactly what the company-heralded patents are supposed to be for. When I e-mailed the company asking for the patent numbers (public information, no reason to hide it), the company retorted to me in a tone I would normally attribute to a irritable child. Magnum dug a hole in the ground and is telling investors that they have a gold mine. Why would you put so much trust in them when they intentionally go out of their way to avoid showing any evidence of any value? Only swindlers do that and we know that Magnum has been less-than-truthful.
