The real reason I am here is because I have shares, my friends have shares, and I'm sick of 4 people constantly making excuses and attacking anyone who does not agree with those 4 people.

The SEC has not "passed him by" (Megas) and has not given him a clean bill of health.

Fact is, the SEC won't allow Megas/BCIT to trade...and that most certainly does not indicate a "clean bill of health"...in fact, the complete opposite.
