When a dividend is issued it must be distributed equally to all common shareholders, period. The only distinction could be if there were preferred, which could be treated differently.
Not only are you proposing manipulating the market with false dividends funded by a shareholders, Now your talking, giving select shareholders while excluding others these questionable dividends with the cooperation of Megas to boot.
