I don't believe it's a scam at all, it occurs to me however,someone(national telecom co.?) more then likely as a condition for contract wanted CEO Booth out and wanted Goett? from the B.O.D. as the new ceo-makes sense to me.
If we are to believe the hiring of I.T. professionals by SOFN then if that number is/was 38 new hires then that raises the employee count to approx. 120 give or take a dozen if thats the case and who really knows but that possibly suggests that revenue/contracts is expected to be increasing at a quickened rate, given that SOFN was possibly at break-even point late last year we could if things unfold the way "i" specualate be at or above the + side of earnings for the first time ever.
How would it be if they came out and suggested just for an example they expect with all contracts signed and growth still forseen in near future a yearly revenue of 20M-25M for 2010 with 30% Gross Profit Margin, Operating profit Margin 10%, Net Profit Margin 5%.
This could very well get interesting, I.T. sector companies don't attract the avg. penny stock trader but if you like to trade on technicals-could be interesting(IMO).
