#665 RE: intercepter72 #655

intercepter72;

I hear where you're coming from but I wonder just how influential MB's are in the bigger scheme of any given stock.
Small investors like me make up a small fraction of where much of the outstanding stock is sitting. An example of "small investor influence" was the RS of WAVC. Small investors united to nix the RS with no success. The "silent majority" had it wired all along. This is most likely the case with NMKT.

IMHO, to think that paid bashers can truly control the price of NMKT is not realistic. To dialogue with biased, unreasonable liars is a waste of time and effort. Bashers don't care what the truth is, they simply want to get a response to ring their cash registers. These guys can get under your skin if you let them, especially when the stock is in a downturn.

Perhaps we should trust that most small investors are smart enough and have the resources to speculate on a penny stock and will do their homework...then take their best shot.

Yet, the best DD can still turn against an investor...and "gut instincts" and weak DD can prove to be a winner. My rule of thumb is "Don't invest what you can't afford to lose". Is NMKT the next Cisco?...maybe, maybe not but as an investor I'm willing to find out.

It's true that until NMKT is listed on a big board and can attract institutions and larger investor money it will be manipulated beyond what's reasonable.

Phil's taken the longer road to success but that's what it takes for a start-up with shallow pockets. So far I think Phil's doing a pretty good job.

Another factor that keeps me in NMKT are Phil's possible connections through West Point with the military community, defense contractors and cutting edge technology. This is pure speculation on my part, but I also think that there are some influential people that believe in Phil and although in the background they may be helping him achieve success. Like I allude to above, Relying on my "gut instinct" is as good an indicator as the best DD.
