Well, I voted against the increase in the AS, which was needed for that convertible preferred deal to stay in place. No convertible preferred, no money for acquisitions.
I never supported any acquisitions. I always thought it strange that after the acquisitions, they didn't try to consolidate to save money. They publicly said each company would remain separate and continue to run as they had in the past. All were losing money, so without consolidation it would have been multiplied losses.
(And oh was I hated back then for stating my opinion)
