Hey Gang,

so heres my feelings...spng should catch up tomorrow this market keeps geting bought on every pullback just like spng...we did very good today believe me even though we closed red..(im the penny man lol) anyway i was intially going all in for the 10k filing..but just bought74k shares today instead which is less than half my account value....plan on holding them...if the market gaps up this morning which im betting it will..spng will gap up...and give it some boost...watch and learn

YODA/stox: Question re stock dividend. If there is a stock dividend wouldn't SPNG have to use some of its A/S to issue whatever it determines is the appropriate number of div. amt. for the already calculated number of authentic (not NSS) O/S?

And would the ex-div. date be when the shares cert. are surrendered by our brokerages to SPNG, requiring a change in CUSIP? This would result in a variable ex.div. date. Or would the ex.-div. date be a predetermined date? The former would --seem to-- result in different div. dates, upon surrender of cert. requiring a CUSIP change -- it would seem. The fixed ex.div date would be one date fixed. Is there a way to reconcile the 2, requiring a CUSIP change under both scenarios? I do not know if the above are stupid questions, but they are perplexing to me, as surrender of cert with CUSIP change would surely precipitate a covering and MOASS. Or not??

And enlightenment on these thoughts would be helpful. If I am just our in leftfield just tell me, or just tell me to wait to see what unfolds. Thahks Spino
