Stox/YODA: Thank you for the post as usual. The phrasing which worried me and which I have thought about is "that certain of said individuals and entities are, currently, not solvent." What does that mean for the MOASS if said individuals/entitles can't pony up the money to cover??
Secondly, "considering the offshore angle", with dif. reg. environments. Are they subject to have to cover also or not, or can they hold out indefinitely.
And where do the SEC, FINRA and DTCC, and brokers from whom us longs purchased shares come into play in this insolvency situation. Will SOMEONE or entities be one the hook to us? Are there corporate shells with funds hidden in individual accounts, resulting in the corp. involvency? Numerous other questions, but these are most pressing I guess. Spino
