I believe Newmont has some back in rights to Birim's Bui concessions:

Then in 2002, Birim notified Newmont Overseas Ltd., that has since acquired Santa Fe, that it had fulfilled its exploration expenditure commitments and, therefore, had earned a 90% interest in the Bui District and its properties subject to certain back-in rights.
