I am new to all this, but I did know the A/S is not important it's the O/S.

I was just curious if you thought this will affect people's thinking when the 10k comes out if they do not address the latest increase in the A/S. But I do hope they address it as you stated in the 10k coming this month.....I see some mentioning Sept....Is the 10k going to be delayed? I thought is was coming by EOM.

That really was my only thought and possible concern.
