I guess there are conflicting beliefs amongst those in the know, so I guess more research is required to answer that question. LOL

I do know that some usages of subsea references under the surface, but the way they worded it made it sound, to me, as though they were referencing below the floor of the sea. I guess we'll have to "see". I don't have time at the moment to research, but if no one else can, and I remember to, I will in the future. GLTUA
