The buy vs sell is not accurate measure of buy vs sell.. it should have been how many people bought at ask vs how many people bought at bid. Both add to the buy volume.
With so litte volume MM can manipualte it to so it as either ..they control how it gets filled.
Sometimes they will not fill in any buys at the bid ... they only do the ask .. I don't know what the rules are but I would think they should fill all the buys at the ask before they do the bid.. but I am sure they manipulate.
