I know how Fran feels, he said this before but the truth IMO, is Fran is jealous of Brett's ability. I think he is afraid that he may play a very short time in MN and end up more highly thought of then Fran.
Fran never had any such leverage in the NFL, he never played in the Free Agency period, he thinks a players loyalty should be to his team above all else. He blames Favre alone for what happened in GB last year at this time, I am more in Favre's camp on that one. Ted Thompson wanted Brett gone and I believe Favre is telling the truth about them pressuring him into announcing his retirement in March ahead of last season.

I'm still seeking the Holy Grail as a Viking fan and I am more then willing to hop onto the Favre wagon ride as he may deliver something we have never experienced.
Lets get it on....
