no the comment was made that you can't sue against someone or entity suing..or take legal action against legal action. This proves you can...regardless of the role of the litigants (receivor)(investors)...do some research there are plenty of cases to reference (former, current and pending cases).

Okay let's visit fantasy land for a second... What if YOUR lawsuit causes the company to file bankruptcy and causes significant losses to current shareholders? What is their recourse? Should the lawsuit expand to WowGreen since they had a hand in the revenue projections and the decline of since they wouldn't pay their A/P to EESO? Hell sue the entire government for the downturned economy of the US since it was an arbitrary player in all of this as well...lmao...
