If reports from shareholders are correct, SPNG IR Bill Young is disasterously unethical. He breaks just about every rule in the book and will most likely end up banned from the business for life before this is all over.
Moskowitz pays him in stock and then he sets forth to pump it like a anonymous message board tout. Unfortunately for him, he isn't anonymous and a trail of breadcrumbs leads straight to his front door. I'm sure he takes his marching orders from the little scammer, Moskowitz and all of this should be a massive stop sign to anyone looking at this stock.
