crusher their are a couple of PINKS making money but not many without debt! So here we go OFF another MB...........
-- On a small revenue of 500k, they turned a net profit of 25%...that is incredible especially when you look into the future of $12 million of revenue (and even more!!), that means $3 million for the remainder of 2009.
-- They have accumulated retained earnings of over $1.1 million. This has me smiling since most small pinksheets and OTC's have large accumulated deficits...hell, many Bio companys like Biel are sitting at 0.07 with huge accumulated deficits and haven't even made positive earnings.
-- They have a Net Asset Value of over $6 million, very low liabilities and strong cash reserves. Truth be told, their Balance Sheet looks stronger than many Nasdaq companies that are swimming in debt!
-- They generated net cash flows of over 400k. This is what I look for when I invest in any company...positive cash flows. I cannot believe they generated 400k on such low revenues. The next quarters are going to be fantastic.
-- I calculate a current PPS of 0.01/share based on these Financial results and a future PPS of 0.03/share
As expected, we have struck a "little gem" that will keep producing. @*%& is the real deal.
As a comparison look at HTDS's earnings of 33k and a decent Balance sheet but they're sitting at 0.015 -- IMHO, #*%& should be higher than HTDS based on these Financial results. In addition, look at SPNG, they are only producing 700k of earnings and valued at .14 - ^*&% will be making 700k look small in the coming quarters...i.e. $3million of earnings!!!
I believe you can sleep well and have a great weekend. If you give up &*^% at 0.0069, you are letting people steal it from you, it's worth far more, JMHO.
Up to you, I will hold ^*&% for years after seeing this!
