Through email conversation with the CEO:

"The case is moving forward. We have engaged a new law firm here in NYC to pursue the case." April 2009

It is my understanding that they are not and will not give up in NY, nor should they.


Another quote from the CEO:
"In terms of transparency, we have no intention of issuing PRs to discuss info that is not ready for public consumption. We are a real company negotiating real transactions and we only issue news when we feel it is material. We will not rush to issue "updates" concerning transactions and risk hurting our relationship with the other party who may not want public disclosure (or we may be contractually prohibited from disclosing)."
