Seems this is only effective if one gets a BJ in the oval office, but not if the Prez lies to the American people, promotes phony intelligence from an Iranian agent, wages an unnecessary war based on phony pretexts, blows the cover of a long-standing intelligence operation, suspends the Geneva convention, promotes torture, and tells hundreds of thousands of people of people the air is safe in Lower Manhattan when it was a toxic soup.
In any event, in the case of a declared national emergency, the impeachment process goes out the window.
