What exactly does this mean?

production was slowed due to an evolutionary change in the execution of our business plan


I think ONE time I had seen Production was slow, was when they got another Distributor.

I remember another one was. The had some quailty issues and Donna had to go to China and fix that problem.




They sure can come up with excuses why production is slow.
