especially for non-reporting pink sheets......the reason being that since there is a scarcity of filings, the Co PRs are all the more relevant in giving investors reliable information.....
despite this, it still doesn't seem to stop these pinky operators from putting safe-harbor statements in their PRs and videos, despite it being a moot point......
