Arp: With deals like Mobile Tag, NeoMedia may not even have visibility into the sales channel. Although they are licensing the patent, they are also competing with MT so we can expect very limited communication on clients and deals.
My point is that it is time to stop the 'everyone is infringing' accusations or posters risk attacking a legal user of NeoMedia patents.
Most companys want the all the glory that they are the ones that came up with the idea..that we did this all for you.. Thats part of the NDA agreements..you{neomedia} just stay in the background and lets us push this thing for ourselves.. One of the other parts is they don't want anybody to know what there are up to...and I can certainly understand that..can't you???
