Here's a really sharp post from yahoo board. The poster I really respect. From couchhome: "I don't think we will see a R/S happen until Cornell settles and before they do we will have a big run up. Because that will reduce the float so Cornell doesn't have to cover then.. They will start to buy the shares off the market after this run up first. I believe part of any negotiated deal with Cornell will be the following. Cornell will have to eat the shares they have taken upon themselves to dilute into the market as default payments that was done without the approval of Trey resources. There is one other choice. Cover the Naked short ( and REALLY PAY) as they ( SWK) comes out with PR after PR regarding increased revenue and new contracts. All that will do is make Cornhole in an even worse position. They know it. They have already made their money back by about 1000%. They will reward us the shareholders who have bought and held before any R/S IMHO CornHELL converts VERY SOON an we go to a penny or a penny and a half! Then They announce the shares that were Naked are out of the Float and we move from there.! 0 debt; Clean Books; a lowered float by 3/4 share buy back and SWK takes the Trey Shell! How do you like that?"

Your instincts about companies have been Ok.

We've just had a slew of stocks choose to go the rout of dilution & screw investors instead of giving their own business a chance to grow. That's the only reason I continue to wonder what happens here.

We're not out of the woods with these guys yet. They have the potential to grow a genuine revenue producing company. Let's see what Roth does.

It's being reported by other posters that Banc of America Investments shows a P/E of 2.7

Also it's reported that Scottrade is showing a P/E of 2.7

This would give us a Fair Value well over .004

A potential run to .025 or even .03 is very realistic.

I've seen stocks with a bigger OS than this & much worse financials run to 5 cents on hype. Anybody remember IBIZ? They went .08 on pure hype with 2.5 billion OS & never made money.

This company is making money & I too have a pretty good feeling about our prospects! But, I just hope that share holders get a chance to get paid along with management.
