1. It is Rogerson's M.O. 2. He knows what works. 3. Time to get down to business with this thing. 4. The company is capable of profit; get rid of debt. 5. All creditors,secured/unsecured deserve to compensated. 6.Retirement plans involved. 7. 1/2 Corporation not in filing; yet being supported funds dip etc. 8. The right thing to do. 9. IMO sale is a done deal; with very few details that need to be ironed out. 10. Gitter done!
