Also, if JGBO needs cash in the future on the USA side, Pope might be a vehicle for them to get it. So this might not be too bad after all.

Pope is already highly vested in JGBO, thus a few more shares that they could sell at any time might not be a bad thing for them. As the PPS increases during the uplisting, they could make more profit.
