That post is way off.First off morgan stanley had an appraisal done on the value of insv's deal with inspire. The value came in at $120 million. Morgan stanley put together a deal where insv got a 60 million dollar loan against those future royalties. So if you want to include the debt like your post did you need to put in $120 million for value of inspire deal. Second you give no value for isv-502 which is in phase3, no value for durasite technology or international rights for anything. Most important companies like insv aren't valued off their cash but their drug pipeline

Market cap is only calculated 1 way, and that's O/S x price per share, which is about $35M. He also forgets to mention the cash they have that off sets the debt. I do love how this person made up their own way of doing market cap. LOL, kinda like a guy on another board trying to tell everyone dilution is good because it makes per share loss lower.IMO
