It was clear, well written and conveyed many of the same feelings that other shareholders have for both ONCP and Spooz.
Lets hope that the bilge pumps are large enough to bring ONCP/Spooz to an even keel. For the market was rough today and we will need all hands (investors) on deck to accomplish any journey. For any mutiny (lawsuit) or NFA rejection of independent broker could sink us all.

I am also disappointed by the companies progress. Whether it is because of a deliberate fraud is not the best answer for me personally. I think it is because of incompetence, and bad judgement. Whether this has value going forward is anyone's guess.
I think part of the reason for creating a private splinter company was to offer a realistic possibility for financing which wasn't possible with a public entity.
The only remaining hope is the prospect that shareholders own any portion of that pie.
I have retained an interest in this company, but I have basically written it off. I will be happy if this evolves into something meaningful.
