Zen I agree 100% but for some reason I think this will all be over before that party in vegas. I am with you on the party should not happen I just think heck even if he throws a small small cash divvy before then it would be great. I agree 100%...(I believe Roger was brought on board to help the company rid itself of the naked short and bring a fantastic piece of property to proper valuation 100%.)This is the only reason I am still holding pizz on the other hear say and rumor crap...Also did anybody ever consider the fact that this is a scam that UC would have to hide in a hole for years to avoid all the angry shareholders that WANT HIS HEAD ON A PLATTER???
