I can't reveal who i am talking with but yes, as soon as they get all the short numbers together thet wil be able to give out the dividends, This stock has more naked short shares than almost all other stocks, APPROX 5 to 15 billion shares, and the SEC is just starting to put the numberts, If the SEC goes ahead with their investagation it could possible bankrupct some of the largest companies in the margket and that s what is taking so much time
