Where is your proof that they have raised the A/S recently?

The Delaware Secretary of State's office will provide that to you if you wish to contact
them and chat live on-line. If you do not believe the chat window then there is also
a phone number to call. The SOS only reports what the company submits on filed forms
with appropriate signatures and payments of fees. A link to the SOS online chat has been
posted many times recently.
