will someone educated please explain. I thought that spng promised to reduce the outstanding shares to 900 million not the authorized. Was this wrong. Is that not what happened. Everyone here says oh they are lying...which ok they got me if they did....but do we have proof that they lied at this moment ......we are all smart enough to know the a/s and o/s are 2 completely seperate things. anyone know if the o/s were increased....
